STUART CONIBEAR

Stuart Conibear is a world renowned British chef who you can find these days overseeing his team in the kitchen, putting together the final touches to the dishes he has chosen for all menus at the stunning luxury hotel: L'oscar London, Holborn (named after Irish poet Oscar Wilde in a former church featuring polished quarters and fine dining in London).

In the past, Stuart has worked in countless British prominent fine dining restaurants and top luxury boutique hotels (holding Michelin stars) including: The Ned, The Ivy Cambridge, Corbin & King's Colbert Chelsea, The Goring, The Dorchester as well as Downing College Cambridge and proud to also have had the privilege working as the Head Chef at Clarence House, London for HRH Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall.

He even spent just over 3 years as Chef Teacher of Cuisine at the world famous Le Cordon Bleu Academy for Culinary Arts and holds awards: Elior Chef Of The Year Winner 2013 and La Parade de Chefs Silver Medallist 2014.

When Stuart isn't working in his usual corporate hotel environment, he also has a current 'to die for' list of Private clients (top names in the Business and Entertainment industries) who have retained his excellence as a top Culinary Head Chef over the last decade, while working with some of them in top institutions or at private banquets and balls. All of which the cuisine for these VIP functions and events of the highest quality was prepared by Stuart and his carefully chosen dedicated highly trained chef team. 

He has worked in most of the top foremost prestigious locations across the UK including the Royal Household and has exciting projects and collaborations that are keeping him busy for the last quarter of 2020, despite the pandemic.

Possessing diverse clients and locations that have kept him busy throughout his solid Chef career has proven that Stuart is in the know how and likes to engage with those who enjoy his dining masterpieces, some of which you can enjoy viewing in his photo album.
